I think there were many long journey I've experienced by driving a car. Here, I would like to share my past experience when I had to do a business trip from Purwakarta to Semarang. These cities both are situated in Central Java Province. So, we began our journey at 4 AM and we arrived in our destination for about at I guess it was in the middle of night. Perhaps it was at 23 AM. So it was very tiring journey, I could say.

At that time, we had to carry out research about environmental pollution that happens in this city, especially Purwakarta. Because there was a construction for generator of nuclear in that city. So, this journey contained of 4 persons. So, there were my supervisor , Mrs. Epakartika and also the others 3 members.
At that time, I could say that we had to choose driving a car because there was no trains that were available at that time.
Self correction :
- "there were many long journey" kelupaan mensyen ekstra 's' lagi dan lagi....
- "I had to do a business trip". Collocation untuk kata benda business trip yang natural adalah : VERB + TRIP | be (away) on, go on, make, take | She's away on a business trip. Jadi yang cocok "I had to make a business trip"
- "These cities both are situated". Misposisi :((( yang benar adalah "the cities are both situated" atau kalau mau aman "Both of these cities are"
- "we arrived in our destination". Collocation yang cocok untuk kata kerja arrived adalah |PREP. at| We arrived at the hotel late. | in I should arrive in London tomorrow morning
- "it was in the middle of night" lagi dan lagi...kelupaan artikel indefinitif yakni 'it was in the middle of the night'
- "So it was very tiring journey, I could say". Sering banget ya bikin kesalahan ini....seharusnya ada artikel indefinitif yakni "So it was a very tiring journey"
- "for generator of nuclear" wkwk maunya sih bilang Pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi...tapi lupa masa bahasa inggrisnya apa. Ternyata Geothermal Power Plants atau bisa juga nuklir tapi lebih cocok 'Nuclear Power Plants'
- Contained of 4 persons. Ya allah padahal baru aja last topic membuat kesalahan yg sama. CONTAIN ITU TIDAK DIIKUTI OLEH PREPOSISI APAPUUN, SARAH AZZAHWA :(((. kenapa sih suka bandel....
- "and also the others 3 members" seharusnya cukup the other 3 members.
- "we had to choose driving a car" gerund disini konteksnya tidak tepat. lebih baik menggunakan infinitive yakni "to choose to drive a car"
- "there was no trains" S-V agreement nya salah :( maunya "There were no trains"
