#28 Describe a time when your computer broke down

So, I am going to share my experience when my laptop was broken. So, actually, it happened in 2013. At that time, I was a student at the university. I could say that I panicked because I was doing my final assignment and suddenly my laptop was broken. It only showed a blank screen. So, after that, I thought it was better for me to take my laptop to a repairement center. So, actually this center was located in one of the famous shopping center in Bandung, which was BEC (Bandung Electronic Center).

So, after I took my laptop to this place, the service center told me that it was going to cost me for around 5 millions rupiahs. And I was shocked because it was so expensive and I guess it was better for me to buy a new laptop than to repair this one because I guess the price of buying new laptop was equal with repairing this one. So before I decided to purchase a new laptop, I tried to consult it with my mother. And she agreed with my idea. So I guess, I bought myself a new laptop even though I was very sad because my old laptop had many memories.

My self correction :

1. Sinonim kata sifat broken : damaged, wrecked, collapsed
   
2. "laptop to a repairement center." GAK ADAAAA di cambridge woyy kata kata repairment wkwkw NGACOOK !
   
3. "one of the famous shopping center". Ini masih tipikal kesalahan missing ekstra huruf s.
   
4. "five millions rupiahs."Bagus nih catatannya dari grammarly : "it appears that the number million is modifying a noun and should be in the singular form. HATI HATI ini kepake banget loh untuk writing task 1.
   
5. "the price of buying new laptop". Disini kurang artikel indefinitif 'a new laptop'.
   
6. "was equal with repairing this one." Ada dua kesalahan yaa. Pertama preposisi yang cocok untuk kata sifat equal adalah  | to Three feet is roughly equal to one metre. Lalu yang kedua repairing this one, pronoun nya ga jelas apakah this one ini kemana, jadi lebih baik "repairing my old laptop"
