1) to use, accept, or treat in a careless or indifferent manner: 

2) to accept without question or objection; assume 

Take for granted 

If you take something for granted, you don't worry or think about it because you assume you will always have it. If you take someone for granted, you don't show your appreciation to them 

take for granted 

To give little attention to or to underestimate the value of, to fail to appreciate. 

Usually the epiphany of having taking something for granted comes after its already gone.

The example of case from 'Take her/it/something for granted' :

The girl was so smart, she took it for granted she would pass the exam without studying for it. 

He won so much money in the lottery, he took it for granted it would take more years to spend it than he had left to live. 

He loved her so much, he took it for granted that she already knew it without having to tell her. 

Intinya ga bakalan pernah enak di jadikan take for granted ama orang lain. Ga terkecuali ama orang tua sendiri, ama temen sendiri atau bahkan sedihnya ama pacar sendiri. Tapi ya udah sih dan ada satu hal pelajaran yang bisa saya ambil dari makna Take for granted, yakni

tetep aja jadi orang baik. 

Jangan cuma karena diperlakukan begini terus ama orang lain lantas buat kita jadi nyesel dan berhenti jadi orang baik itu. Kenapa? Jadi orang baik ga ada salahnya, bahkan ga bakalan pernah salah. Biarin orang-orang itu tetep jadi pihak jahat, karena pada akhirnya mereka yang bakalan nyesel udah kehilangan kita.

Tetep semangaat ya Azz, jadi orang baik :) Percaya kok cewek baik diciptakan Allah untuk cowok baik-baik juga
